Feast of Sparks

The second Thornchapel book deepens the dangerous bonds between the group gathered at the old estate. Desire no longer moves in straight lines: love, jealousy, ritual, and shame pull them toward each other and toward the secrets Thornchapel keeps. One character who has always felt like an outcast is drawn into a connection that should be impossible, especially when the woman he wants also wants the man who owns Thornchapel. Feast of Sparks is gothic, queer, erotic, and emotionally tangled, continuing the series' obsession with sacred places, chosen devotion, and forbidden group desire.
